Premium Quality Dry Fruits, Nuts & Seeds

We offer refund / exchange within first 14 days from the date of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered return, exchange or refund of any kind. In order to become eligible for a return or an exchange, (i) the purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it, (ii) the item must have original packaging, (iii) if the item that you purchased on a sale, then the item may not be eligible for a return / exchange. Further, only such items are replaced by us (based on an exchange request), if such items are found defective or damaged.

This cancellation policy outlines about how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform.  Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 24 Hours of placing the order. However, cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to such sellers / merchant(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery. In such an even, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once the seller/ merchant listed on the Platform, has checkedand determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 48 Hours of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • In case of complaints regarding the products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
  • In case of any refunds approved by litefest, it will take 4 to 7  for the refund to he processed to you.
  • Return within 2 days complete

At LiteFest, we strive to deliver premium quality dry fruits, nuts, and seeds to our customers. However, if you encounter a quality issue, expired product, defective packaging that causes damage, or receive an incorrect product, we’re here to help.

To raise a concern, please email us at care@litefest.com or call our customer service at +91 95729 85863 between 9 AM to 6 PM, available 7 days a week. While contacting us, ensure you share the following details:

  • Order number
  • Item name(s)
  • A picture of the product related to the issue
  • Description of the problem

Please note that any concerns must be reported within 24 hours from the time the order is delivered to your address. Any concerns reported after this timeframe will not be entertained.

Our Process

Once we receive your concern, our team will review it and provide feedback as soon as possible. If the concern is found valid, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the product. Please do not send any product back without receiving the return shipping label and instructions from us, as such returns will not be accepted.

Upon receiving the return package, we will acknowledge its receipt. After conducting a physical inspection of the product, if the concern is deemed genuine, we will issue a coupon code equivalent to the product’s value. This coupon can be used to make future purchases on the LiteFest website. Please note, cash refunds are not available.

Missing Deliveries

If you did not receive your order but received an email or SMS confirming the delivery, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving this delivery notification. We will investigate the matter and address the concern based on its validity.
